Quarterly pts Tally

First Quarter we finished in 2nd place with a pts total of 19 pts.



2nd Quarter after 3 games we're on 4pts, 1 point behind where we were at the same stage in the 1st Quarter.

Yeah. And wee Davie was talking about getting a better tally after 2 and 3 games after we beat Raith for the second time…. But he never looks further than the next game eh? And he doesn’t worry about the opposition in this division he lets them worry about us… well safe to say they ain’t worried.

I think we carried a bit of luck in the first quarter and overachieved somewhat. My guess is we’ll end up on about 55-60 points which would hopefully be enough for the playoffs. Falkirk could be out of sight by Christmas, don’t want to wish injuries on a team but that’s possibly all that might halt their momentum. Heavy winter pitches could disrupt their style but most games they’ll play will be on astro anyway.

Got an Accies that just pumped Airdrie 4-0 and then Falkirk at home in our next 2 games, we got 4pts from those 2 fixtures in the first quarter, we'll be doing well matching that this time round.

I’d be happy to come out of those two games still six points behind Falkirk.
