So...is this where we turn our season around or is this a matter of different Saturday same old garbage?

On the face of it I can't see much to be positive about (I know, I know, I never see much to be positive about but this is worse than usual); we rarely score & always concede so it all points to another defeat.

Can only hope the points deduction has given them fire in their bellies from the injustice of it all, a punishment they've inherited from several years back.

Get the first goal again, and this time hang onto it. 1-0 Livi, FG 28 mins.

Mon the Lions, lets get the 3 points and kick start the fight back.

I'd be more than happy to give anyone who wants a lift to this (free of charge). I just that we should make the effort to go to the game and take a decent support, just to show the team we're all behind them. Let me know on here, or send me a PM, if you're interested.

Fair play. Hoping we get a decent away support like when we beat morton 5-1.
Wasn't going to go after last week at cowdenbeath. But am now, I make most of the games.

More than willing to go to this one but it's going to take more than a couple of positive chants from the stands to get this group going. These players have to give more dedication on the pitch than they have done all season and McGlynn actually has to use some sort of tactical 'expertise' to beat these lot (oh, and grow balls and be willing to give EVERY PLAYER a chance).

That said, we'll turn up and see the performance of the season. 3-0 Lions, FG 43 mins.

Believe it or not, but I think we're going to win this game. It's going to be 1-0 to the Amber Machine, Danny Mullen will score with 20 minutes left and it's going to be fucking magic. Scenes everywhere.

I think every Livi fan should make the effort to go - this is a big game.

O'Brien is out after an op on his thumb, Talbot also out after a hernia op he's having today.

Shouldn't really weaken us, Talbot is a bit of a hit and miss in games defending wise and Rutherford is more than capable of filling the LB slot.

I've actually got a renewed optimism going into this game after the points deduction, just hope the team are right up for this, have a feeling they will be. bounce cheers

Went all week thinking we'll lose but match day optimism has got the better of me. Would be good if we had a good support for this but I can't see it unfortunately. Looking forward to seeing what the view's like from the railway stand.

Not counting any chickens yet but we are 4-1 up against 10 men with 12 minutes left.

I think I might have got my prediction wrong Very Happy

It will be interesting to hear if it was as good a performance as the result suggests. I know they had a an sent off in 2 minutes & that set the ball rolling but our record against 10 men hasn't always been good, so to win 5-1 with 5 different scorers is an excellent result.

And to top it off the other results were pretty much what we needed.

Fantastic result and a big well done to the team , manager and fans.

We were all excellent today, we were all up for it today and what a result.

I'm sitting with a glass of red wine relaxing and enjoying the moment.

We played some nice football today, we had some scary moments too but thanks to Rutherford who cleared off the line the danger was averted. When we got the penalty and big White who hasn't scored for weeks stepped up to take it, I thought well done bigman you certainly don't hide and he put it away with confidence well what a start oh and they were down to ten men.

Kyle went off injured and was replaced by the boy they call Jack wow what a performance from that young man, he has to start the next game, and his ball out to Dycey was great. Dycey crossed the ball well that was met by Burchill who also had a very good game headed home.

Well that was great but the best was yet to come, and this goal showed the class of White who I've always said is excellent with the ball at his feet he back heeled the ball straight into the path  of Gary Glen who stroked the ball home helped by the post.

White was all over the park chasing balls chasing men down and his cross with his left foot was tremendous for Mullen to score the fourth to put us out of sight and he rightly had the crowd singing his name.

In fact the whole teams effort today was brilliant fighting battling and sticking together it was a joy to watch.

McKenna came on and he scored too.

Five goals five different goalscorers Well done lot everyone today...players, management and fans

Fantastic performance, fantastic result, roll on next weeks game v Falkirk.

    Cheers

What a lift a win gives you, brightens the whole place up.

Good clearance from Rutherford and save from DJ to keep it 3-1, funny how a 5-1 win had a fine line from being a lot closer and uncertain had any of those two Raith goal bound shots gone in. Makes such a difference scoring goals though, we've had plenty chances in other games yet lost them because we couldn't score.
Some lovely goals too, hopefully they keep on scoring and this gives us a much needed lift going into our game against Falkirk.

What a top boy running on the pitch.

Not surprising for me that when our first choice centre-halfs play, we scud someone. After weeks and weeks of Sives, we can finally celebrate a win.

It was the highlight of my life mate. Going on and hugging the Amber Machine. I was just so happy and I couldn't contain it. Such a great day yesterday.

Some very nice goals in there; Raith scorer Anderson looks a decent player from those highlights too.
Credit to Raith for making a game of it & while we got away with a couple of lucky escapes, it makes a change to be on the right end of the luck.

You can hear the 'how many times', 'taxi for McGlynn' guy giving it tight to him all game. One of the times he shouted something to Watson was just before they scored. Laughing

It's a pity Scott wasn't playing too, after his "offside" goal celebration in our last game against them. Could've sang JImmy, Jimmy what's the score at him. Very Happy

Someone should send that 3rd goal to Soccer AM for "showboat", the back heel from White is exquisite.
