You and Orco are right rays of sunshine, with what if Alexander and another defender gets injured posts, I seriously don't even want to think about that.

If your glass is half empty then its twice as large as it needs to be.... a bit like football stadiums.

Keaghan does a reasonable job of defensive midfielder.

Going to be a bit crowded with Malley and Pettigrew already there.

Aye with Kyle scoring the second; it would be a good result for us in terms of position but the last thing we need is QoS getting a confidence boost ahead of playing us.
Oh... And if Orco's glass is half empty, what does that make mine???

Dunno about Pettigrew but Maley gives me the fear if Alexander got injured.
Aye didn't see that coming with QoS 2-0 up against Utd, surely tae feck they can hang on and get at least a draw. Pars gubbing Brechin 2-0 too, wasn't expecting them to drop points there right enough. Good for us if Queens win and then we beat them on Saturday, huge result if we can do it.

Thomson scoring their first too, it's the only decent thing he's done for us, wasn't much use when we briefly had him on loan. Not bothered about Queens just now, Utd are closest to us for 2nd, as long as they drop points it helps us/ One thing at a time.
Hopefully this midweek game affects Queens players and they show tiredness by the 2nd half against us.
Your glass is emptier than Orco's right enough Bertie, but you've a bigger mooth and it goes down faster.

Bollocks, Utd got one back, mon tae feck Queens don't blow this. Would take a draw there tbh, as long as Utd don't win.

2-2 now, ffs QoS you're useless, looks like they're going to lose this now.

3-2 FT, that'll do nicely.

United still one point behind now even if they win the two games in hand. If we can just keep winning second place is ours.

Re: Championship Expectations (2017/18)
It has gotten very tight down below us, still think 2nd place is ours but the battle for 3rd and 4th is fierce. I'd take how the table is just now as our preferred play off teams, really don't want Dunfermline sneaking in at 4th place, we've not done well against them this season and they're the only team I think we'd really struggle against.

Personally I'd prefer not to meet QoS in the play-offs.

At least we've beaten them, QoS don't worry me as much as the Pars.

Pars are the only team we've not beaten this season. Bit of a bogie for us.

I'd change "Bogie" for "Jammy"
One time they were saved by a dodgy penalty and another they couldn't beat a ten man team. The game at their place we lost through a woeful performance in the first half.
To be honest on their day both teams defend really well and are a challenge to break down. In the playoffs you need to win by goal difference hence its absolutely imperative that we score - my concern is I'm not sure Hardie will still be available to us during the playoffs; if not then we're really threadbare although we should have Mackin back by then; not very likely Brechin will be in the other playoffs.
