On 17 May 2011 it was extensively reported that Ogleby, along with his Hearts team mate Ian Black, had been arrested and charged with possession of a class A drug in an Edinburgh night club. The charges were later dropped.

So this boy was arrested for drugs, Gallagher arrested for almost breaking a boys skull with a baseball bat... Anyone know what David goodwillie is doing this season? Lol

This sleuthing is pissing me off. Supporters should not have to resort to this, it's fucking ridiculous.

I heard we're all getting blindfold masks with our season tickets to wear just before the players come out for the first game, then we've to remove them as the stadium announcer shouts SURPRISE!!!!!!

They're all following Michael McKenna now too so it looks like he might have signed.

The Challenge Cup has been renamed the Petrofac Training Cup in a new sponsorship deal.

So somebody is updating the website which just pisses me off royally.

Been gone without internet for a few days. Not happy to see there's still nothing on the new signings front. Honestly thought we'd have something announced by now.

I think we are the only team that have not mentioned any new signings. If it is true we have loads of trialists in training then why is it taking so long to make up our minds. Are we in financial difficulties again?

Bayan Fenwick is another one we're being linked with, his contract has just run out at Crystal Palace. He's another one who's being followed by a few of our players on Twitter.

It seems he left Palace in 2013 and has being playing for Three Bridges, not a team I'm at all familiar with.

He looks decent in the video. His passing looks like it could be very good eventually and he seems to be pretty comfortable with the ball at his feet, although sometimes it looks like he has a tendency to over run it.One issue for me is I'm not sure how strong a level the u-21s in England are. He also seems to be playing as a right winger in the above video.

Declan Gallagher apparently confirmed he's signed on twitter. The Dundee fans are raging which must mean he's good.

Yes I would say he is a decent player. Livi detectives are getting the signings one by one it would appear we have signed Rob Ogleby,David Robertson,Michael McKenna and now Declan Gallagher. I think we need another striker and defender if these signings are correct. Cmon Livi. Let's get some official news out please.

Pleased to sign Gallagher. Dundee fans on P&B seem unhappy that he wasn't offered a new deal as a result of his form last season but their loss is hopefully our gain.

Read he was offered three new deals at Dundee but knocked them back. Couldn't have been happy there for some reason.

From the Dundee Tele:

Six weeks ago a third contract offer was put on the table to Gallagher, signed from Clyde back in 2012.

However, as was the case with the first two offers, one in July 2013 and another in January this year, it was knocked back by the player and his representatives.

Actually taking back my negativity from earlier posts, some decent prospects in there and a couple of proven players that should do a good job for us. I'm pretty happy with most of those signings.
