Excellent, decent beers at the stadium, between that and the AS open for food and pre match drinks things are looking up. Now if we could just get some points on the board against QoS.

The fact that its a four year deal is good news; it implies this wasn't a "fire-sale" but something of a more long term plan. I would however recommend caution; although this is extra funds I doubt whether the sum involved will do much to ease the situations with McDougall or Nixon.

I hope this is sufficient to cover what is outstanding to McDougall in terms of the £12k he was claiming in back payments but won't leave much for signing any other players - this is pure guess work on my part.

That said, this is still a great sponsorship in terms of being innovative with fan engagement. I will definitely make the effort to hit the bars now, taking shots at being the designated driver with my Dad.

Maybe this is standard procedure but I was slightly annoy to be told I couldn't get in the Almondvale Suite after half 2 on Saturday, especially when the bar (which I'm under the impression is open later) was closed.

I needed my beer to get through that performance.
