What does the West Stand hold? I've heard people saying that Rangers and the Edinburgh clubs will be given 3 stands next season, but (maybe dependent on form) I'd Imagine with ST sales and individual match day ticket sales, we'd be better off keeping at least half of the south stand for ourselves.

Re: Demand for tickets
I can only agree that we will keep some section of the south stand depending on the demand. Otherwise, when we are playing teams except Rangers, Hearts or Hibs, all PATG home supporters will be in the west stand with ST holders.

Re: Demand for tickets
I'd like to see a really busy West Stand but I definitely can see the point in keeping a section or two free. Don't think games against the three will sell out anyway unless it's near the end of the season and they're in with a chance.

Re: Demand for tickets
Not sure what happened to my last post, but it was along the lines of me saying that I think the West Stand holds just over 2 thousand. Which should be enough for our support, allowing for 1k season ticket holders (not unreasonable) and 1k walk ups (bit ambitious IMO).

Would tend to agree that West Stand should be ok for our support. Fill the rest with their fans and let's make some money.

Re: Demand for tickets
Should be plenty room in the West stand for ST and PaTG fans, must hold about 3,500 to the corners, doubt we'd fill that.
Prob get folk sitting on ST holders seats but just have to ask them to move.

Re: Demand for tickets
I wouldn't mind seeing a 'mixed' stand/section. There will be a lot of families with divided loyalties at these games, my own family included. I'm not sure how or if it would work but maybe something to think about.

Re: Demand for tickets
Reliably informed by Lexi Collector that we've sold over 1000. We'll probably be over our average for last season, just with our season tickets.

Re: Demand for tickets
Notice has went up on the official site stating that the club should get the tickets from the printers within the next fortnight, with collection available soon afterwards.

My thought is that that is very close to the start of the season.

It is. Time enough for every one to be fulfilled, but it's cutting it fine.

Re: Demand for tickets
Cutting it very fine but the figure must be more than what the club expected. Still fantastic to hear we've reached the 1,000 mark.
