Just done this from the link on our OS, wouldn't let me send it until I put down who was the best referee.
I had no problem putting down the worst, though I had several in mind, but fecked if I know who has been the best, they've all tended to annoy me with terrible decisions at some point, and the one guy who has just recently officiated a game and wasn't too bad isn't on their list of grade one officials.
