Sitting alongside the quite brilliant Tell Him He's Pele, is The Terrace Podcast. It's out every Monday and Thursday evenings, and offers a really good look at Scottish Football. The guys who present the show are football fans themselves, and are really good to listen to.

Yesterdays show featured a good wee discussion on Livingston.

I'll give it a listen after work. Was the discussion more about the issues involving Rankine or just predicting how our season will go?

They discussed the issues around Nixon/Rankine for a few minutes, then took a look at how we played against Hibs last week.

The guy says Rankine has shares in East Fife, according to Rankine he's never had shares in EF. Worth mentioning even if they're dubious about it, so looks like they're a bit behind on current events at Livi.

Don't agree with them saying we've never had particularly good crowds either, even in the top league. We had an average att of 8,000 in our first SPL season and had about 4,000 ST holders at one point. Wasn't until admin hit that crowds went down then fell away when we were relegated.

Oh and White hasn't scored a lot of goal at a lower level so will struggle to score in a higher level (Championship), talking shite there, he scored 20 odd goals last season.

Pretty sure one of that mob is that utter nutcase of a Montrose fan on P&B, who would probably glass a Livi fan if he met one in a pub.

What Montrose fan on P&B would that be?

Is it Ivan de Bremen (or something like that), think he's a Montrose fan that always comes on wanting us to die.

Haha, aye it's something like that. The boy is an absolute nutcase. Pretty sure he described Livi as a 'cancer to modern day football'. Absolute nutter of a boy.

Actually think the guys on THHP are pretty good and impartial, they do a better job than any tabloids I've read. These boys on the podcast aren't though and are about on a level with the radio pundits talking about the Championship. About the only thing they got right was our pies are a fecking ridiculous price.

Ivo Den Bieman, I think is his name. Extremely bitter gentleman for reasons unbeknownst to me. Hardly like Livingston have inconvenienced Montrose to any extent. Put some money in their coffers a few seasons ago with the decent away crowds.

Sometimes I enjoy what THHP say but when they said we always play 442 I thought it was pretty poor journalism.
