Having just watched Watford v Spurs in a match that was uncannily similar to ours yesterday I couldn’t help but think what a weekend it must be for wee Barry the Watford fan that spent a few years up here as a Livi fan.
Today’s game followed the same pattern as yesterday, 0-0 & fairly even at HT, the away side getting a scrappy goal (Spurs goal was even more scrappy than Hibs goal) then the home side taking control & getting a well deserved 2-1 win. Spurs even got a free kick in a dangerous area near the end.
Terrific entertainment...not quite as good as yesterday obviously but terrific nonetheless.
