I occasionally listen to the Si Ferry meets.. podcasts. I listened to the Richard Gough one and was interested to see if he said anything about his time at Livi. He did near the end and talked about Hassan Kachloul who apparently told the guys in the dressing room to "just give me the ball and I will sort things". He also mentioned his relaxed style maybe related to his hash smoking habit.
Another interesting revelation was that Gough thought it was a decent team that survived that season and was prepared to stay telling Pearse Flynn it only needed around 3 more signings. Flynn said no and proceeded to get rid of some of the players already there. At that point Gough said he was off. Paul Lambert came in and... the rest is history.
