Marching On Together

Just want to take the chance to congratulate the once mighty Leeds United on their return to top flight English Football, they fully deserve it & as my favourite English team it is wonderful to end 16 years of pain.

I would also wish them well next season as the only thing for sure is that it won’t be easy.

Yeah I liked Leeds back in the days when Billy Bremner, Peter Lorimer, Joe Jordan and Gordon McQueen played for them, and a few other Scottish players were in that team in the 70's.

The Gray brothers to name but 2.

And may I further gloat in the fact that the last team to win the title before the advent of the EPL have now been crowned champions again... I believe they will get the same trophy, I’m sure it was retained after the EPL trophy was created.

Having seen Snoddy play for them I am sure he matured during his time at Elland Road significantly.

This title win is a fantastic achievement under Bielsa, especially after the huge disappointment of missing out last season...but the transformation from a run of the mill lower mid table side into contenders & now champions with very little change in playing staff shows the genius of Bielsa as a coach who improves his players...which, incidentally is what Guardiola says is the greatest trophy any manager/coach can get.
