Scotland 1-0 Czech Rep.
Another win by Clarke's Scotland team, turning into Killie at International level shitfesting ourselves to success. Nice assist by Dykes too, but he picked up a needless booking and will miss the next game. Same as he did at Livi, can't help himself getting booked for silly things, was actually lucky it wasn't a red, he deliberately stood on the boy lying on the deck.
Big Dec helping us to a clean sheet too, just need Halkett to get himself into the team now for an ex Livi trio.

Re: Scotland v Slovakia
The goal was pure Livi, pressing high, forcing errors, winning it back in their half after forcing them back their from our half, bit of skill & tenacity from Dykes before slipping in a runner with Fraser, looking very much like Pitts, getting on the end of it to finish it off.
I tuned in from about the 65th minute & couldn’t believe the Czechs didn’t score. Really rode our luck defensively at times but defended like the famous G-H-L Livi back line at times too, players blocking & so on. Still think we need a real defender to replace McTominey though.

Re: Scotland v Slovakia
Halkett needs to get into the team beside Gallagher, would've been playing by now if he hadn't got injured, but Clarke is chucking everyone into the squad just now with having to deal with Covid outbreaks on top of injury call offs, so if Halkett is fit he should be getting a shout.

Re: Scotland v Slovakia
Better wait to see what his form is like first... he is better than Dec IMO when he is fully fit but needs to show he is in form first. The pair of them should have been called up before they left us.
