Nothing happening till next Saturday playing wise, the twitter site still works though, they've announced Ged Nixon's loan has been settled, so he can finally feck off.
Big Jet is going to be voted PoTM too by the looks of it.

Yeah, I’m not on Twitter personally but can view limited amounts...thought they might have mentioned something about it being down.
It’s back this morning with nothing different, so must have just been a host server issue.

Re: Official Site Down
Livingston Football Club is pleased to confirm it has reached an amicable settlement of a loan balance owed to former director, Ged Nixon. This balance was an historical debt from pre-2014.
The club is now in safe hands and good governance is at the centre of day to day operations. Prudent management of the club’s affairs during extremely challenging times means we have been able to attract immediate investment and further financial guarantees provided by the Chairman and the CEO, which will ensure the club’s future financial stability.
As a result, we have been able to agree a settlement with Ged, and we would like to thank him for his cooperation and understanding.
We want to reassure everyone that Livingston FC has a secure future. The restructuring of the club’s finances has been achieved without using Scottish Government loans, and solely through new funding commitments.
We will continue to strive to build a club that the fans can be proud of on and off the park.
Have to say, to pay off Nixon, on the back of a season and 8 game without fans, is remarkable, all the more so without having to use the Govt loan scheme. Clubs as big as Aberdeen have had to use a Govt loan to survive during this pandemic, really refreshing having a board performing in sync with the players on field success.

Guaranteed there will be some negative ninnies out there who will call it all into question & cast aspersions and doubt.
But yes, the current board appear to be the best we have had.

Re: Official Site Down
At the risk of sounding like a wet blanket; the wording was they had reached an amicable settlement; not that it had been paid off.
A settlement could mean instalments etc. Hopefully not the case but lets not count chickens yet.
I wonder how many more metaphors I can fit int one post - like a fish out of water.

Wonder if he'll be a replacement for Marv when he moves into coaching/management, might not play as many games for us next season.

Re: Official Site Down
Seems to be a CB that has filled in as a DM. Looks like Ambrose will be away, and depending on how Lithgow does in these last 5 league games, and some cup games, whether he'll get a new contract. So is an area we'll need to be covering next season.
Tiffoney scored twice for Partick today, in their 4-2 win over Airdrie, Raffa got 2 for Edin City too.
