Yeah sometimes you have to temper the unbridled optimism with a bit of realism, we aint going to get into the top 6 this season, too much disruption to the team with the big turnover in players, covid & other illnesses, and injuries hampering the pre season fitness training, as well as our start to our league campaign.
It's a miracle we're still in the cup really, we somehow shitfested our way through the group stages after losing and drawing games (winning the pen shoot out), getting in as one of the best 2nd placed teams, and then scrambling our way past St Mirren in another pen shoot out. It would be absolutely unbelievable if we somehow beat Sevco at Ibrox to get to the semis, don't think you'd be able to stop me getting carried away thinking we'd win the cup this time.
