Another 2 wins since this game then, some run Scotland are on now. Still not getting carried away with them though, but good to see Clarke has them playing with some pride again.

Was privileged to be at Hampden last night; great atmosphere for most of the game, loudest I’ve ever heard Flower of Scotland sung, fair raised the hair so it did.

We were near the corner flag that Souttar celebrated at.

Really see the power of work each player does when you are there, much more than you see on TV.

Every one of them was at least an 8 last night, even players I’ve never thought highly of before.

Thought there were some dodgy decisions by the officials but at least none affected the outcome.

There are some very good sides in the play-offs though, just hope the draw is kind to us because getting through is going to be very tough.

Reckon regardless of who were going to get pumped of,we're there and should be givin credit.Thought the team we're magnificent from back to front and thoughrally deserved their victory. And its been a long time since we could have envisaged this scenario. Would be wonderfull if we could negotiate these playoffs,but its in our nature to be sceptical, but can't wait for the wee chance weve got to do something special. We shouldn't really fear anyone if we can consistently put in performances like last night's.

Big shout out to my wife’s home nation, Canada 2 Mexico 1, Canada unbeaten in 8 qualifiers (4 wins & 4 draws) with 6 more games to come & sitting proudly on top of the Concacaf qualifying table. Top 3 qualify automatically & 4th goes into a play off. Only 2 points separate the top 4 with a 5 point gap to the rest. Canada, USA, Mexico & Panama currently in the top 4 places.
