The club have came out with a statement today saying they have banned a supporter for anti-social and threatening behaviour:

    http://livingstonfc.co.uk/supporter-banned/

Leaves the question though: what is deemed anti-social behaviour at a football ground? There is no clear reason as to what led to this supporter being banned whether it was the Dumbarton game with Darren Cole, the accusations of fans going against each other at Raith on Saturday or another incident that was more confidential.

As mentioned above, what can be deemed as anti-social and/or threatening behaviour? And who is it directed towards: the players or fans?

Fully aware that racism, homophobia, sexism etc are obviously classed as anti-social and, to an extent, threatening behaviour but what else can it be?

Can I also be clear that I don't argue against the decision if it clearly happened. It's just not clear enough from the club.

Why? It wasn't you was it??

Guys, the club appealed for help after the Dumbarton incident...a number of people either on here or over in the den quite clearly could identify the culprit(s) - they knew what happened so must have seen it - but all denied they could do so. Everyone roundly condemned the behaviour; we can't now berate the club when they do take action against someone. It shouldn't matter to us what the person is accused of or what constitutes "anti-social and threatening behaviour"; we have nothing to worry about if we behave ourselves.

The club are very limited in what they can say; they cannot disclose the name of the individual or the actions he's accused of if disclosing such would enable some to identify the individual.

The last thing we need is another protracted legal case
