    I hope we give this shower of scum a doing.

    Will it happen? Nope, Rangers will be looking to hit back after a dreadful result on Friday and our lot will get stage fright. 4-0 to the buns.

    I just hope the Livingston fans let them know what a bunch of scum they really are. I want a truly disgusting atmosphere.

    This game at Ibrox and the home one to Hearts are both nothing to lose games, we aren't expected to get anything and I doubt we will, so just go get stuck in about them and give them a game. If we frustrate Sevco their fans will turn on them and we could have a chance of an upset, but we really need to get over this stage fright playing the big 3.

    Sevco hit long balls down to Boyd and if we can do what Alloa did and play it down the flanks we'd mug them. If we get sucked into also playing the long ball we'll get humped.

    Oh and ffs put decent balls into the box like we did against Raith, the few times we did hit the byeline on Sat there we hit it straight at the Falkirk keeper.

    Two of the worst football teams in this division, so it sure as hell won't be pretty. If Gallagher and Mensing stand up to whoever plays up front for Rangers, we might just get a clean sheet. Hopefully White takes his brave pills (or at the very least learns to actually jump while on the run, as opposed to from a standing position) or else that jolly japester McCulloch* will have a field day. I hope Danny Mullen is told to run at them and draw fouls, and that DJ is strong in goals.

    I know, I don't want much.

    * for jolly japester, substitute fucking animal.

    We'll get nothing from this game. I'm probably saying this out of spite because I won't be able to make it.

    First win under Stuart McCall's tenure. 4-1 to The Rangers, FG 12 mins.

    Doubtless this will be the line-up:

    Jamieson
    Fordyce Gallagher Mensing Rutherford

    Mullen Ogleby Whyte Burchill Glen Hipolyte

    Is there such a stategy as a 4-0-6?

    Won't be expecting much on-the-ground ball.

    Going to go to this even though I think we'll get bent over. We put in a decent shift against them at the Vale so hopefully we can take something. They've only won 1 out of their last 5 league games* (a scrappy 1-0 win at home to Cowden), they're really nothing to be scared of. Then again, this Livi team is shite and will ship about 3 goals.

    Looking forward to the home support's reaction when our team does a huddle before the game.

    Edit: *My bad, 1 out of their last 4.

    It's a weird resignation where they have to pay him his full salary and he may even still be their manager for 12 months. BBC has this as their options.

    "During the notice period, Mr McCoist's salary will increase significantly to £750,000 per annum."

    BBC Scotland's Richard Wilson says there are four options now open to the cash-strapped club:

    •Leave McCoist in place to work out his notice;
    •Pay McCoist his 12-month salary in full and release him;
    •Reach a financial settlement that suits both parties;
    •Put McCoist on leave for 12 months and appoint a new manager.

    Rangers remain in a fragile financial state.

    The club reported £8.3m losses last month and need to raise a similar amount in January to keep the business going for the next 12 months.

    Hopefully it will tip them over the edge and they go bust and get a 34 points deduction for going into admin. Then all their big earners leave and they have to manage with a youth team and a transfer embargo in place.

    Burchill has 2 games where he'll get a bit of a pass from the fans, so in that respect the pressure should be off.

    Just want us to give them a game and stick to our game plan and not get sucked into theirs, with the long ball punts back and forward.

    I think what happens with McCoist today could have a bearing on how the game goes.

    I won't make it on Saturday, but I'd love to think we'll turn in a good performance and have Cowdenbeath looking over the shoulders.

    Don't fancy paying £19 for this, so I'll give it a miss.

    1-0 Livi to get Pep Burchiolla's reign off to a good one. FG 88 mins.

    Also, Liviforever has chipped in with some of the best patter on these boards to date: 'fatsalary' is something I find hilarious. Laughing out load at that.

    Don't think they have a cash gate, but club shop is open tomorrow 11-5, could see if could get a ticket that way. Good luck mate, hope we take a decent support. The bus is full.

    Pretty sure there were better odds elsewhere but bet365 had us at 14/1 to win last time I checked. Too good to ignore.

    A win tomorrow would be fucking glorious.
