12 mins in and Italy can't get the ball off Spain. Spain looking a different team here, dominating possession and looking the better team.

77% possession Spain, Italy can't get to grips with the game at all.

I just think they are a “slow burn” - they started off looking bang average but no one can breach their defence & now they are scoring freely too… a potent combination even if their style is not as attractive as the other teams.

Deary me Italy finally got the ball and got in behind Spain, should've scored there but just couldn't get the shot off. Better from Italy though, starting to get on the ball a bit now.

We'll see, should get a decent test against Denmark, and if they get past them they're in for a right high tempo game against Italy, or keep ball from Spain, running about daft trying to get the ball off them.

Spain's playing like the old Barca team, playing it about patiently building it up, then going for it in the final third with a quick cutting ball, losing possession and pressing it right back too.

Been surprised by Spain, theve shaded that half imo.Italy are very pedestrian,theve got to waken up and turn up the tempo here.First goal will be crucial here and at the moment I can't tell who's going to get it.

Shaded it, first 30 mins Italy were spectators. Had a couple of decent chances since but Spain have bossed the first half.

Wanting Italy to win but they'll need to do a lot better 2nd half or it looks like they'll be going oot.

Much better from Italy, end to end stuff now, a goal is surely coming for one of them. Only thing lacking really, somebody needs to score, plenty of action otherwise.

Tremendous game… Agree with the thinking above, Spain the better side first half & arguably were on top until Italy scored. Great goal. I thought Italy were going to hold on but a lovely give & go (1-2 in old money) brought a deserved equaliser. Don’t want this game to end… just keep playing until someone scores.

I think Spain will edge it as Italy have blunted their attacking options with their subs.

Got to admit,harsh on Spain.But the luck was with the Italians. Will have to raise their game for the final.Mon the Danes.

Spain were better on the ball and dominated possession all through the game, but bottom line they didn't stick their chances away, and would've cruised it if they could have, Italy have grit and will win the final.
Also don't see England (if they get there) being able to press Italy like Spain did, and Italy will be able to dominate the game a lot more, creating plenty of chances on goal.

Seriously, these clowns think it's all about England, the whole world revolves around them, mon Denmark.

Superb free kick; the goal kick started the game which has improved as a spectacle, unfortunately the noisy neighbours have equalised with a decent goal of their own.

Never a pen, very poor decision. VAR should have seen that & should have overturned it. England have reached a final & cheated to get there.

Ref was atrocious all game, he gave England every thing he could. Even in the last seconds of extra time it should have been a foul just inside the England half & would have given Denmark a Hail Mary chance to launch it into the box.

Felt Denmark made the wrong substitution when they took Darmsgaard off, it should have been Brathwaite that went off.

Hopefully Italy’s stronger defence & livelier attack will be enough but unfortunately I still think the noisy neighbours will be celebrating on Sunday night.
