Can't make this one so hopefully it's a boring 1-0 win for the Amber Machine. David Stoker said on twitter that we won 5-0 in the Development League with Mullen and Hippolyte on the scoresheet. No danger, McGlynn will pussy out making any changes to the starting XI from Saturday.

Realistically though, we'll scrape past with a 2-0 away win. FG 33 mins.

Think we'll go through 2-0 as well. First goal on 40 minutes.

Purely because we've scored in our last game I'm going for a Livi win. Our defence is still a liability though so think Annan will score. 2-1 Livi FG 57 mins

Remember going to East Stirling back in 08/09 which would be Roberto Landi's last game in charge and that was as grim as it can get.

I'll really start worrying if I start predicting the same scores as you Bertie, then your glass is half full influence will be complete. Think I need to get some Smithy influence to counter act yours.

Just realised Kyle Jacobs is one booking away from a ban. With Cowdenbeath, Alloa and Dumbarton in November I'm of two minds.

On the one hand it would be good to get it over with; we have options in midfield although defence is still a bit thin on the ground for experience.

On the other hands these are sides we not only need to beat but beat well; improving not only points but goal difference.

Does it count for all competitions considering three came in the league and two came from the League Cup?

I don't think it does, Talbot's red card against Motherwell held a suspension for the first cup game this season, he also had a suspension from the Berwick Ramsdens cup game that went into the first Petrofac cup game.

Only guessing here but would think it would start from scratch and only red card suspensions carry forward.

Should be a win for the Lions and through to the next round.
