Would seriously love to beat these aunts after the shite we've had to put up with over Talbot-gate, they were lucky against us last week too.

My heart (excuse the pun) say a gutsy 2-1 Livi, head says 4-2 Hearts, what to go with. Soz Livi i'have to sell out to get some points here.

    4-2 Hearts, FG: 5 mins.

Bound to be an early goal, hopefully it'll be a shocker and Livi score to give them a fright and get their fans bums twitching. Mon the Lions. Up ra Amber Machine.

1 each get intae these cheats, first goal 19 miNs.really annoyed with all the hype about us being dirty. the ref was useless and you would think it was world war three reading some of the stuff getting talked about on different forums and papers. As LF says would love just love it if we could take at least a point off them at swinecastle.

Dirty bastards this lot. Nothing was said about some of their hatchet-men tactics in the first half, and the refs clear favouritism towards them. They obviously can't take a bit of physicality, get in their faces and let em know we're here. Any kind of result would be great, would be even better if we kick them about a bit. Hopefully a good few renditions of 'One Jason Talbot' as well.

I remember Fernandez and then Scougall being kicked about all over the pitch by players from every team we played and nobody in the press bothered their arses about it. For years we had wee skilful guys playing for us that got lumps kicked out them by hatchet men.

We aint a dirty team but we've got a decent amount of big players in our squad now and wont be bullied in games. Big Gallagher will need to size up big lard arse Zeefuik if he's playing though, can't afford to give that guy room to get shots in around the box as he's pretty lethal getting them on target.

Website said to come to the office between 8 am and 5 pm to purchase tickets. I turned up at 4:45 pm to be told by the receptionist that she had put the tickets away and wasn't able to sell any more. She then told me I would have to go to Tynecastle early (12 noon) before the game to get them. Clearly she was wanting to get away as soon as the clock struck 5...

Have you made an official complaint? Would ask to speak to someone in charge down there if it really annoyed you, just to let them know their staff shut up early and were unwilling to accommodate you.

    Got sent off too, super.

Cowden came back to win against Dumbarton but at least QoS managed a late goal to beat Alloa. Cowden result is a gutter, useless Dumbarton.

Really need to beat Falkirk next week as Alloa play Cowden and at least one of them will drop points, we need to start picking them up too though.

Yeah, we need to start putting points on the board to start putting them under pressure.

It is not entirely inconceivable that both Petrofac finalists will go down...certainly hope not.

A scumbo fanny on my course at uni has just sent me this:

He spent all of last week moaning about Talbs kick on their boy. A lot of bitter and twisted patter here, I think Hearts can be filed in amongst the 'bitter diddy scum' category alongside clubs like East Stirling and Cowdenbeath. Obviously bitter because we got to pump Hibs in a cup final long before them.

Enjoyed Praprotnik's kick on their fella, didn't go for the ball, just went in to do him. Well in. Hopefully we get them in the cup next season and kick them about 10 times harder.

If we keep playing the way we did yesterday and last week against the top team in the league, I'm sure we will pick up points required to keep us up.

Some more sensible posts on there too though. Noticed that on P&B too, some of them have let their winning season in the Championship go to their heads and have turned into Sevco-esque type roasters with over inflated egos. I just find it amusing we've got under their skins as much, they doth protest too much about our unimportance.

Apparently we're absolute dross and can't play football to their high standards but they only beat us by one goal twice on the bounce. They can't understand why they didn't hump us by 4 or 5 goals in both games and it really grinds their gears. Laughing

If you take the time to read that thread you will see that there are as many posts opposing the premise of the thread as there are supporting it. Some of the posts are almost complimentary & some are 100% accurate. Some of them highlight the very fact we pumped Hibs in a final as a major reason to like Livi. And FWIW Hearts pumped Hibs in the Scottish Cup in 1896 I think it was so they managed to do it decades before we were even a works based team at Ferranti; so don't lower yourself to the level of the diddy muppet that started that thread, he has been called out on his idiocy by many of his peers, most of whom have at least a modicum of intelligence.

We put up more of a fight than I expected and if we played out the game with 11 men then we could've came out with something. It was a silly tackle by Praprotnik and the most disappointing thing is he played fairly well beforehand. It was frustrating to see Burchill start Kyle at LB rather than Rutherford but he actually played well in that position. He'll have no choice but to start Rutherford against Falkirk as Talbot and Kyle are both suspended. It will be interesting to see the line up with them two plus Praprotnik suspended.

No more excuses now for the remaining fixtures. Hibs and Rangers will be the most difficult but we need to take inspiration from other who have grabbed points from them.

Nobody who's alive was able to see a match that happened in the 1890s, and I don't think anyone really takes 19th century football seriously.

I actually can't wait for the Jamtwats to win this league so we don't have to see them again for a good few years. Come November after their promotion, the reality will kick into where it hurts most that they're an average team along the likes of Motherwell and Kilmarnock when they get beat 3-0 at home to Inverness.

I have to admit their current run of form is impressive but after seeing them close at hand in the last two games they seem a distinctly average team. Couple of good players in the shape of Gomis and Buaben but it's totally offset by guys like Ozturk, Paterson and Zeefuik.

Reamings off the likes of Aberdeen and Dundee Utd should bring them down a peg or two, hopefully.

I think last season was a heavy dose of reality to many of them. This season a lot of their fair-weather fans have come back with their big team mentality.

What does get me though is how any team with Ozturk in their ranks can try and take the high moral ground.

Ignore everything they say reality is the last two games we have played them only 1 goal between the teams. More importantly we should actually thank them they have brought two huge crowds too Livingston and thus we keep all our home gates so they have twice given us 2 huge windfalls.a figure of 250-300 k thanks jambos call again anytime

I'll be the first to appreciate that in the three games we've played them at home this season, around 13,000 fans have attended and this has brought in much needed income into this club. They seem to have the right structure in place on and off the pitch but besides the 5-0 drubbing earlier in the season, it's clear that there's room for improvement if they think they can challenge with the likes of Aberdeen and Dundee United.

Even if they're looking for us to bite, it's beyond comical how big headed these have lot been and always will be. In my opinion, we all know more than one person who support this lot and are a bunch of wanks.

Was fun humping them 4 times in our first season in the SPL. Tbf some of them were in the Granary (or whatever it was called then) post match and were decent to us, giving us praise on how well we played and said it was unexpected. A few teams underestimated us that season.

Most fans you meet at games away from home in the ground or in a pub are ok, with the exception of Dunfermline I've not had a bad experience at any away games in the lower league (didn't go to Ibrox). Fans on forums tend to be different though, I've met some who were totally different in person, sitting in their own house posting brings the worst out in them, a bit like driving really.
