Setting up a donations fund via paypal might be an idea. I'm fairly sure you can add it to the forum so that it's on a sidebar.

Wondered where you'd wandered off to EL; delighted I popped onto P&B & discovered this site in the process.

Re: Welcome to The Livi Room
The forum will maybe liven up tomorrow after the game.
I will be going along as usual so hoping there is something positive to post later.

Re: Welcome to The Livi Room
Thanks, Bertie. Lot of credit has to go to Lividihard who helped make the forum look so good. I didn't really want to post on LiviLions and advertise this forum, even though I perhaps should have given how ropey it has been in the last year.
I do hope the current rate of posting keeps up and eventually improves when a few more people know about it, orco.
It's a sad end to LiviLions but I do think this forum is a bit more simple and hopefully we can get somewhere near to the activity Bertie was talking about in the past on P&B, in time. I remember even when we were relegated to the 1st, it was still pretty buzzing. Really depends on the fan numbers getting back up and a sense of an internet community rebuilding.
Pretty sure the DBM also have a forum, in addition to the Lion's Den one.

Is it just me that's getting incorrect times on this? My most recent post was put up around 8:39 am but is coming up on this as 6:39 pm.

Re: Welcome to The Livi Room
Right, I've changed the default timezone to London time. If it still differs, you may have to change your personal timezone on here which you can do on your profile under 'preferences'.
That should sort things.

Cheers EL. Turns out the time zone was set in one of the American locations.

Re: Welcome to The Livi Room
Having had a look at the time zones, I think there's actually ones missing - the "posting at 3am when pished" zone. Or more commonly referred to as Lexitime.
How can I add that?

Actually it is there between the "I dont remenber posting that" and "has someone hacked my account?" timezones.
Nice site by the way EL.

Re: Welcome to The Livi Room
I actually got pished after the Aberdeen game and had a rant on here. It was a really good post, if I remember. The only time I've posted under the influence of any alcoholic beverage though.

Yeah that one works fine, quoting a fellow poster. The one on the tool bar to quote an excerpt from an article doesn't work though. Should have something like these icons [] showing after you hit the quote sign , then you just paste what you're wanting to put up in between them. When I hit the insert button to put the quote up a white bar comes up but nowhere to put the quote and it isn't working.
just seeing if I can do it manually by doing the quote myself.
Yep, doing this worked. [quote] [/ quote] without the space after the /.
