Saw this on Facebook earlier. Somebody is gunning for us it seems. If it is connected to boardroom politics between individuals the thing is that it is the players and fans who suffer since it is always Livingston FC named in complaints/litigation.

Really wouldn't surprise me, don't think anyone really thought/thinks that Rankine was away.
Ford has denied it though, so it's obviously all okay and nothing bad will happen, we're fine.

I wouldn't believe that rag of a newspaper if it told me it was raining without looking out the window first.

Lets not forget everyone said that about East Fife, they will take action on reasonable suspicion and balance of probabilities.
This will cost Livi.

Actually the situation seems to be more of a Dumbarton than East Fife... His only involvement with Dumbarton is as a creditor so there was no case to answer.
Having said that there was no real case to answer on East Fife either, especially when comparing the Rankine position with Mike Ashley and the loan players that went to Ibrox

The elephant in the room though is Ford and his grasp on what he owns. His statements on the matter make it look like a) He is a fool. or b) there are murky goings on down Almondvale Way.
In his latest comment he says "For the avoidance of doubt, there are four major shareholders in the club and none are called Rankine."
Actually none of the shareholders are called Ford either!

Given some of the dodgy decisions that continue to be made at Livi, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to conclude that a dodgy bastard like Rankine is still involved in some shape or form.
