Might as well start this. Not overly enthusiastic about this game.We can't buy a point at the moment and I thoughrally expect our lowley position to continue after tomorrow. Time might still be on our side I guess but there's something not right with the team at the moment.Got to get our mojo back and real soon.We knew this was gonna be a tough season and many will foolishly have us down.Im not giving up just yet but my fortitude is being sorely tested.Any way as always Cmon Livi.Surprise me.🦁🤞.

Fitzwater needing to spend extra hours on the training ground on his long range passing, hasn't hit a decent one yet.

Ref's been no bad so far, should've had a couple of fouls with Anderson and Sibbs being fouled, but he's been consistent in letting a lot go for both teams.

Hard shift for Anderson, playing as a target man, needs support from the midfield.

Is Pittman injured? Isolating? In talks for a potential move?

Such has been the story this season, only Pittman makes those kind of supporting runs as evidenced by the chances he’s missed…and he is not in the squad today.

Anderson going off injured may be a good forced substitution for us, don't think he was doing well, Hamilton is at least going to win headers.

0-0 HT with neither keeper having a save to make.

Boyle is the most threatening player for Hibs, but so far big Obileye has dealt with everything coming into our box, and we've not let them have any clear shots at our goal.

Need to practice our corners, 3 we've had, and all have been shite. First two were low across the box to Obileye, then 3rd a floated high ball which was easy for the keeper to collect.

Not sure we need Sibbald and Shinnie, both creative mids, but Sibbs has more about him tackling wise too, if he could last the full 90 i'd take Shinnie off and get Jacobs on, to give us another player with bite in midfield.

Poor first half from both tbh.Weve no real threat up front which is so frustrating. And not helped by Anderson going off presumably injured. Can only hope we continue to frustrate them and maybe take something from the game.

Yeah i'd like to see Panayiotou coming on in the 65th min to link up with Hammy, thought they did well together in the fleeting glance we got to see him play.

Also get Keags on for Shinnie, he's a bit of a passenger at times off the ball. Think we can press them better and get at there goal, their defence isn't that great when put under pressure.

Actually think Anderson going off may help us in attack, but we need Panayiotou on playing off Hammy. Doing the running, as Hammy hasn't got the legs for that, but wins headers and is capable of scoring if he gets a shot at goals.

Fitzwater off injured and Kelly comes on. Almost immediately gets done by Nisbet and we're a goal down. Fecking hell Martindale, sign up a CB, Kelly isn't anywhere near good enough to play there, and has cost us in our last 3 games.

Keags making a difference, as i thought he would. Pity we didn't get Panayiotou on too though. Three forced substitutions, and Fitzwater going off fecked us big time.

Why can't Martindale see how weak we are in defence because of our lack of CB's.

Still in with a chance of a draw, with only a goal in it, need to get a shot at goal though.

Apparently Martindale has said on BBC that he knows for certain Livi are not getting relegated… must be that league reconstruction involving no relegation has been decided but not made official yet because no one in their right mind would come out with such a statement.

So we go into the international break with no points on the board. We all know we never start well after international breaks & we come back to Dundee away followed by Celtic at home then back to back away games at Rangers in the cup & Hearts…. So we will reach October with no points on the board (yes LF I know Celtic have never won at our place since we came back up but even you are blowing smoke if you say they won’t do it this time - unless there are major changes for the better with our lot) & we will also be out of the League Cup.

Dundee away immediately after the international break is a massive game for us. IMO it is a must win game but our historic record against Dundee is poor (yes we emerged with a draw & a win in the two biggest games we have had against them but on the whole our record is poor).

All evidence to me appears to be that Martindale is building a side for second tier football.

Unless he gets a CB signed, and stops playing Kelly there we aren't going to stop conceding goals.

He says he knows we're not defensively covered for CB's, after the Well defeat, then goes and signs a midfielder. Been sticking up for him on the Livi FB page, but he's annoying the feck out of me too now, when it has been obv for some time we were weak in CB cover.

Obileye wasn't even signed to play there, and his best position is a DM, in front of the defence, but he's been our best CB. Not sure that's because he's outstanding, or just shows up how poor the rest have been though.

Seen encouraging signs in our last couple of defeats, but that was pretty despondent after Hibs scored, we offered next to nothing as a goal threat, yet didn't make an attacking substitution to at least try and get a draw.

Martindale would be better keeping it quiet about such things as relegation, if he's even saying that to the players it could be too late by the time they all realize the real possibility of us going down. Need to get our defence sorted or we're in BIG trouble.

The usual suspects that come out the woodwork on P&B after a defeat will be having a field day there now, got them on ignore, as long as nobody quotes them. Think i'll stay off the FB though, bunch of nutters on there at the best of times. lol!

Still think we are capable of drawing with Celtic at home, not if Kelly plays in defence though, not even my undying optimism can stretch to that. Kelly shouldn't be anywhere near our defence, posters on P&B warned he wasn't a CB, and that he would do ok playing in midfield, they seem to know better than Martindale on a player he's signed, which is a concern.

Yeh,Martindales comment before the game was so unnecessary. Delusion comes to mind.As I said earlier we were so powderpuff up front it was depressing. Hibs thoughrally deserved the points but we made it so easy for them.Only highlight for me if I have to,the boy Bailey looked decent, but Kelly can get to fech.Seems more injuries are confounding us,thank god for the Int break. On the bright side,we can't be any worse off than we find ourselves at the moment. Trying so hard to be positive here, but I'm struggling 😫.

Best tackle from Kelly came up the other end when he tackled his own player around the Hibs box. If only he'd been as good stopping Nibet from shooting.

Reading on the bbc website Anderson took a diabetic fit on the pitch, and is in hospital overnight. Fitzwater and Stryjek were chucking up in the dressing room at HT, and Fitzwater was spewing into his shirt when he was going off the pitch, that's why he went straight down the tunnel.

There's obviously some health issues at the club at the moment.Hopefully it will have cleared up by the next game. The break will help them get back to good health.🤞.

Add to that… Kelly played with damaged ribs, Sibbs wasn’t fully fit & is an asthmatic, a number of players on the bench weren’t fit enough to play, had the need arisen, Williamson was recalled to Rangers apparently after a positive Covid test & others in the squad are also affected by Covid.
