Looking for us to get all 3pts here, we beat them easily in our last game, and were suffering terribly with covid and the like in our first game at Easter rd this season, and even then weren't looking like losing till Fitzwater went off puking into his shirt and Anderson took a seizure. With serial diver and thorn in our side Boyle away too, they'll have less of a goal threat, his pace was always a concern. Think we'll win this by a goal or two.

Just wish Martindale would stick Nouble on from the start in our front 3, on the left hand side of Anderson, and stop playing him as a like for like sub to Anderson. His best position for Arbroath was on the wing to get the ball up the pitch for other attacking players to score, lets use him in the same way.

Anyhoo, with Holt, Omeonga amd Pittman in midfield, i think we'll be too strong for them dominating play there, and defensively we're solid, and looking a lot better in attack now Bruce is getting regular starts, and Bailey is back to his best, that just leaves who to start on the left of a front three, Nouble or Forrest, preferably not Shinnie or new boy Chuck. Speaking of which, there is a talent there, but so far he's looked well off it, and needs a lot of work in training to get him up to speed.

Just a pity we can’t get clearance through for the young American lad to get in about them.

Hopefully we'll have more of an attacking prowess than we had the other night. For me Hibs are decent but slightly vulnerable at the moment and in that hence weve got to take advantage.Nouble and Anderson up front could give us a chance of taking something here i feel.Tough game but I'm reasonably confident the lads can do the business. Not sure the new boys will be ready for this, but got to trust that Davie will have a game plan to get us vital points.Mon the Lions.👍🦁👊.

Dissapointing start for us.So many defenders round the boy,but he still put it away.Good reply from big Ayo,then the fluke sucker punch from Cadden. Still in it though.Big second half, hopefully see Bruce come on.🤞.

Pretty even game separated by a Fluke wonder goal from Cadden, in a cross that fluked its way into our net.

Think Forrest and Nouble are playing well, but Bailey is sitting far too deep. Would take Bailey off, move Nouble over and get Anderson on, but we all know Anderson will come on for Nouble around the 65th minute (or will he take off Forrest for Anderson and move Nouble over, that would work too).

Frustrating as feck Martindale not starting Anderson and Nouble together.

Yeh,agree LF.Hibs aren't great.Would hope Anderson comes on soon.Him and Joe would give us a stronger opportunity to have a real go at them.

Big Nouble is a stand out 2nd half, him and Forrest unplayable, Forrest making it 3-2, yasss.

Brilliant 2nd half from us, looks like Martindale has chucked the Ovaltine down the loo, wee Omeonga absolutely ripped the pish out of Hibs players, what a signing he's been, my PoTY right now.

Can’t wait to see the highlights on telly now, sounds like plenty of incidents, penalty awarded and then overturned, shots cleared off the line, big saves by Max & a terrific winner from Forrest.

Yes,Sportcene is going to be enjoyable viewing tonight. Said at half time,we were still in this after the fluke from Cadden. Thankfully despite thoughts on Maxes positioning for that his team got him out of an Embarrassing situation which could have cost us.It didn't.Second half, virtually dominant and probably could have put the game to bed. The other forums are raving about Omeonga and rightly so against his old team. All in all would have taken a point through there pre match, but to get 3 is absolutely massive.Maybe just mabey,Davies rantings earlier in the season about us not getting relegated could possibly come to fruition.Long way to go.But for the first time this season, I'm starting to believe .👍🦁👏.

Pretty confident we wont be anywhere near the relegation dogfight Troy, we're playing miles better now and have a settled team* with a brilliant midfield in Holt, Omeonga and Pittman. Montano came on and did a lot better than Longridge too. Penrice was superb before getting injured, and is back on the bench.

Our attack is even looking much better, with the arrival of Nouble, he's given us a target man up front for holding off defenders and knocking the ball onto runners like Forrest and Anderson (if they ever get to play together). Big man started to show us in the 2nd half what the Arbroath fans were all raving about. Also sounds like Soto could be a good striker, so plenty options up front.

No surprise to you all i'll bet, but i fancy us for a top 6 now, def getting above Utd soon, and if/when we beat St Johnstone on Tues, depending on the County v Aberdeen & Dundee Derby results, we could go into 6th place. Canny wait. bounce

*there was far too much chopping and changing every game at the start of the season, albeit injuries and illness wasn't helping, but Martindale couldn't decide on a settled midfield or attack.

Yeah, we are looking a lot more secure now and closer to 4th than 11th in terms of points. However we do have our post-split slump to deal with. We have been awful after the split every season since coming back up & if we are bottom 6 for that part of the season then we are still a long way off safety.

Omeonga trending on twitter by the Livi faithful, Hibs fans love him too, and gutted/raging they didn't keep him. lol!

Seriously though, what a player, has to be the best we've had since David Fernandez at having you sit their in awe at how brilliant he is with the ball, twisting and turning opposition players inside out. The amount of headers he wins for a small player is unreal too, and unbelievable at getting the ball off opposition players too.

I'm really excited about the rest of our season, with Omeonga, Nouble, Bailey, Forrest, Anderson all on fire, and it looking like we've got our long throw in goal threat back with Nouble the target man for flick ons to Fitzwater and Obileye. Now if only we had someone who could take a decent shot from a free kick, yeah i'm being greedy now.

I think we've had our slump at the start of the season, we're now on an upward curve and haven't even hit its peak, not by a long shot, plenty more to come from us yet.

Utd are pish and are heading downwards to the bottom 3 imo, which gives St Mirren, County, Us, Aberdeen, and Hibs, all in with a chance of 5th and 6th place. Current form could even see us and County replace Aberdeen and Hibs, but County's defence will prob mean they stay bottom 6.

Big run of games coming up for us too, all very winnable.

    St Johnstone (H)
    Aberdeen (H)
    Ross County (A)
    Dundee (A)
    Dundee Utd (H)
    Celtic (H)

It'll be interesting to see where we'll be after those, i'd really fancy us to take something from every one of those, actually, Aberdeen at home is statistically the toughest, they always seem to mug us for 3 pts, even when we play them off the pitch. My gut says this time will be different, and we'll beat them by a couple of goals.

Squeezed in between those we've a cup game against Hearts at Tynecastle, which will be a must go to game, hopefully we'll take a big following to it, and cheer the boys onto a win.
