Hope so, not only for it being against Sevco and Gerrard has been a dick running his mouth off to the press before and after we play them, but Hearts are a big earner for Livi, prob bring around 3K, a few thousand more if they're having a good season, which is worth around £75,000 to us, double that if we play them twice at home.
Might sound like those aunts that want us to GTF and bigger supported teams to be in the Premiership but Hearts are one of four clubs we make a lot of money from, so would rather they stayed up.
Indeed; watching "sour puss" Gerrard after hearts second one when in was indeed sweet to watch. Said he didn't recognise the team out ther; I did. They were exactly the same team that has been getting the rub of the green with the officials all season; this time the referee wasn't as easily influenced by a stadium with 80% hun bias.
Hearts consistently bring a big crowd; on occasions more that sevco but with a lot less "ancillary expenses". With their team's dip in form that number has reduced slightly but its still pretty good. Hibs by contrast seem the most fickle depending on whether the game is being shown on TV or not. Motherwell are also pretty good travellers (I suppose its not that far away).
One thing about the draw of finishing in the top six though, not only will we get significantly larger gates than playing Hamilton et al, but Slippy will need to bring his team of delicate little darlings to play on the nasty dangerous plastic again....
No comment made about the not so aesthetically pleasing Heart's pitch on Sunday.
