Livi fans - the LiviLions Supporters Club need your help later this month.
Livi are away to Aberdeen on Tuesday 23rd September with a 7.45pm KO at Pittodrie.
The supporters club are running a 41 seater coach to the game. The coach will be leaving at 4pm from Livi stadium and will cost £10 a head.
The SC really needs the bus to be full otherwise they'll lose money on the trip. There's 20 or so names down just now but obviously need to double that to get the coach filled.
It's still a few weeks away so plenty time to sort an early finish/holiday from work so if you do fancy the trip, please do what you can to be available and get your name down.
Having won all 5 cup games so far this season, it's shaping up to be a decent game against the cup holders. Get involved!

I agreed to post this because I would like to see as many people as possible get up there to support the team. Let me know if you want a seat on the bus and I will pass on your name.

Really looking forward to this. Got my train tickets eventually (bought ones for the Wednesday by accident and charged £20 in admin fees, wah) and staying overnight. Hope we have something to celebrate.

Can't see the LLSC taking 41 punters up to Aberdeen on a Tuesday night, if I'm honest. Pretty sure they rocked up at Easter Road on the opening day in what looked like a camper van.

I probably won't be at the game, tbh. Not an important enough match to justify 2 days off uni, would be fucking delighted if we beat them though.

The bus leaving at 4 pm is later than I expected but unless I make an excuse to get out of work an hour early, I'm unlikely to make this one.

I start a new job on in Edinburgh on the Monday, so the chances of getting away early on my second day are slim to none unfortunately. Hope the bus fills though as it's an excellent service that the LLSC provides.

Could do with Gallagher back for this one, wonder how long he's going to be out for, not seen anything about how bad it is.

I think we're a different animal from prev seasons, a bit more about us and we wont be out muscled by the Premiership teams. Keep it tight and we'll have a good chance of an upset.

Afraid not, if it was a Sat I'd have made a day of it and stayed overnight to come home the next day.

On the radio they said we were hit with lots of injuries, only first choice player out injured is Gallagher, and perhaps Donaldson but he's not played a competitive game yet so wouldn't count him as a big loss yet.
I think we've maybe overstated our injuries to play down our chances and hopefully catch Aberdeen out with them taking it a bit casually. Our players should be right fired up for it anyway, as underdogs we'll have plenty incentive to get fired into them.

Can't make it up unfortunately, but if we play like we did against Raith we could be in for a long evening.

Won't argue much about it, never been impressed by the current side we have. Scrapped past absolute diddy teams in the Challenge Cup, and on course for a relegation battle in the league. Most Livi fans impressed with our start to the season, but I'm far from impressed. Bloody rubbish.

If we had any fight, we'd at least take them to ET or lose by the odd goal, but losing 4-0 to this mob sells us out. Utter shite - we always lie down to the "bigger teams", and it's fucking rubbish.

Wasn't at the game but kept in the know-how with the Twitter feed and Sportsound. Sounded like we were still in the game at half-time but clearly we crumbled in the second half. Sad enough to do this, but here's our record against teams in the top tier in cup competitions since relegation back in '06. Please correct me if I'm wrong in any of these:

Totally agree don't believe our manager knows much about modern day football. All is signing are tall or beasts he as yet to sign a footballer. We have no creativity and he makes same changes every game regardless of scoreline or who is playing bad Three forwards for 3 forwards ! We have a backline with a midfielder playing right back and 2 CH who cant pass more than 10 yards. Talbot is less than average with his football ability really wish the manger would change it and we are missing big Declan hope hes back soon
