If we continue playing this long ball pish under McGlynn, who is a tactical dinosaur btw, then we are going down. Simple as that.

It's the opposite of Hughes tippy tappy about our own backline till we lose the ball and then concede a goal. Now we're passing it about our own half then a big punt up to no one and lose possession. Could do with an in between the two and start playing it through midfield giving the strikers a chance to get on the ball inside their box. Don't mind the odd ball fired up the pitch when we're being closed down  and there isn't a pass on but not all the fecking time.

When we were getting down the wing with Burchill and Talbot we created chances, WTF happened after that I don't know but it was murder to watch. Keaghan going off (must've been injured from the foul from behind that cleaned him out) really fecked us up in midfield too, nobody had the drive to get at their defence 2nd half.

You're right though, the long ball tactic will relegate us. Alloa and Cowden are dire but unless we sort ourselves out I don't think we'll even beat them 2nd time around playing like this.

Kyle, Dycey, sives, bobo and white all need a shake. Not good enough. I'd strip these guys of a shirt but we literally don't have enough players to cover them.

The teams an embarrassment. No fight, no willingness to succeed, how the fuck we are in a final is beyond me. Thankfully I'm off work this week coming so don't need to hear any shite from Hobos

As I said in other post feel sorry for Kyle as he is moved all over the park and it's affecting his game. As for White we need to get the ball to him far more as he is one player who can bring others into play and score goals given some chances. We need to get back to creating chances playing with a bit of confidence like we did against Hearts and queens and sort the giving goals away so cheaply.

Step 1 don't give goals away cheaply keep a clean sheet
Step 2 create chances to score
    Step 3 score goals

If we only complete the first step we have a point on the board if we complete all three we win games. Let's start on Tuesday with step 1 and take it from there.

White has been anonymous for a while and ogleby had better off the ball movement when he came on. I don't think McKenna is good enough to cause these teams any problems...most of his passes were backwards or square. Talbot and Burchell are the only players I would say performed well tonight
    Got to agree, Hooch.

Time to be brave and give Ogleby a start.

Very disappointing display yet again against a big team. This team will come good once we are at full fitness but performances like that are unacceptable.

Sives is one of the worst centre-halfs I've seen playing for us and that includes the likes of Mark Tinkler and Greg Strong. He needs emptied.

As has been said, Falkirk away is a very big game, maybe not so much for the result, but to bring some sort of morale back to the team after three crushing defeats. A good display is essential.

We've had good displays, only losing 1-0 to Sevco was a good display, esp when you see Raith got humped 6-1 by them. I'd rather have an awful boring display and grind out a 1-0 win, it's points we need just now.

And yet again the Scottish Press have failed to see the 'Big Teams' thug fans and swept it under the carpet once more. Shocked

Yeah Glen hasn't a great scoring record either but at least he contributes in other ways, haven't seen Ogleby do anything of worth yet. Wanted to give him a chance but he looks all over the place since coming back from injury and the brief moments I saw him before that in the AR cup game he couldn't hit a barn door with a shot from inside the box. Now aint the time for him to be given a chance either, esp when he doesn't look like doing much, I'd rather stick with White who has actually scored a few. Just need to get the ball to him so he can get a shot from inside the box.

totally correct Glen works hard and gets involved in the the game.White has a decent goal scoring record .He has scored all of his 7 goals this season from around the six yard box but the big fella is getting so starved of decent balls he is having to come deeper to get a decent pass. Oh for the Kyle run down the wing a decent cross into the box and Boom the big man heads into goal from 5 yards .....goal v Hearts, let's be having more of that its really quite simple really . That's the only high balls we need to giving him ie coming in from the wings. If we play him in from midfield give it to his feet he can hold it and bring others into the game. We have a massive asset on our hands at the moment and it would appear his team mates dont use it in the correct manner. If I was McGlynn that would be the question I would be asking the players. why don't we utilise big Jordan White correctly. He does win his fair share of flick ons too but someone has to be rading where they are going. I'm sure if we do start getting balls to his feet and crossing decent balls from wide positions we will start scoring again and that leads to winning games.

Not even worth my time giving a spiel of how bad we were.

Plain and simple: If we continue to perform like we have recently in the next round of fixtures against the rest of the league then McGlynn should go.
