Agree about needing someone to organise our defence; really hope Mensing is back soon, he's been on the bench the last two games so must be ok to play.
Sives taking himself out as well as another Livi player when he knocked it over his head to Beany initially put us on the back foot for their first and had us all over the place, and they got lucky with a deflection from Talbot's block landing perfectly for Beany too, but Dycey is standing a couple of yards behind him looking on as he heads it into our net and Sives who was our furthest away defender with his pass to Beany has got back to mark Baird so Dycey should have been picking up Russell. So neither of them covered themselves in glory for the first Queens goal.
My biggest gripe with our FB's is when Talbot moves into CB it leaves us with nobody taking the ball up to the byeline, neither Rutherford or Dycey will take a player on and hit the ball from wherever they get it, usually a diagonal ball into the box from about 35 yards back, which is normally bread and butter to defenders and the keeper.
Not seeing the contribution of McKenna either, not in attack anyway, he rarely gets past a player and doesn't get in behind defenders. As soon as he's replaced by Hippo that all changed and we had a player whose first thought is to get the ball forward and take players on, that puts opposition players on the back foot.
