Falkirk v Livi
Bring it on, going into this on the back of a fine win against Peterhead and a well earned point against Sevco. I think we can get at least a draw here, so feck it, may as well get hung for a sheep as a lamb. Livi to win 2-1, fg 13 mins.

Re: Falkirk v Livi (Tues 7.30pm)
Falkirk are coming off the back of a good win in the cup and a reasonable run in the league, their last loss was October 20th at Fester Road...since then they have won 5 and drawn 1. Scoring 18 and conceding 3 and progressed comfortably in the cup.
Anticipate a difficult game ending all square at 1-1 with FG in the 17th minute

They're long overdue a loss then, may as well be to us.

Re: Falkirk v Livi (Tues 7.30pm)
We need the same 90 minutes of the effort we showed against Rangers if we are to take anything from this game. It was slightly worrying to see a wee bit of a switch off in the second half on Saturday while the game was at 2-0. If Peterhead had scored at that point it would have made things difficult.

Pretty poor record at their ground; very clinical since Houston has taken over; we always chuck it when we build hype and momentum.

I'd tell you to have a little faith LC but you're on top of the predictor league by a good margin so you clearly know your stuff. Still hope you're wrong though.
*Edit. Just checked your last 2 predictions and you had Sevco 3-0 and Peterhead 3-1 so you aint infallible. If we win this one I hope you keep predicting us losing.

Re: Falkirk v Livi (Tues 7.30pm)
We've hit a bit of form in recent weeks but Falkirk have been really good themselves, only losing 2 games all season (Hibs and Rangers) isn't too bad.
No reason we can't get something here but I can't see it, ever the pessimist...
2-1 Falkirk, FG 26 mins

Re: Falkirk v Livi (Tues 7.30pm)
Falkirk are on a bit of a roll at the moment, but I'm confident if we played as we did against Sevco and the humpings over Raith and Queens that we can get a point here.
1-1, FG 32 mins.

Re: Falkirk v Livi (Tues 7.30pm)
Moses is back fit, give him a game quick before he's injured again.
Would like to see him coming on with 15 mins or so to see what he can do. Get him and Hippo on at the same time to see how Falkirk handle their pace and direct play. Heard Falkirk are vulnerable against Pace, so late on they should be really struggling to handle the likes of Moses.

Re: Falkirk v Livi (Tues 7.30pm)
Tough one to call this game. They are one of the best teams in the league as their lofty position veryfies this. However were on good form at the moment and if i were to hazard a guess i would probably bite your hand of for a point right now.By the way will be checking the Falkirk website before heading over there as a couple of Bairns fans have said the match could be in doubt due to the adverse weather predicted for tommorow Beware.C,mon the Lions.

Game Off
Structural damage to the stadium, jerry built stadium.
Prob just as well tbh, would be a shite game to watch with the wind blowing the ball about all over the place.

Re: Falkirk v Livi (Tues 7.30pm)
But why does the Twitter site have the info while the OCS doesn't? Surely the OCS should carry the news first? IMO this needs to get sorted out, the OCS should break news about the club not some social media site.

I'd say the same Bertie. I think whoever is supposed to be running the site forgets not everyone has Twitter/ Facebook etc.

Re: Falkirk v Livi (Tues 7.30pm)
Wonder when this will be played now, midweek 7.45pm or midweek 3pm during the Xmas & New Year hols. Doesn't look like it'll be this week anyway or you'd think they'd have let us know by now.
*Edit.
The match will be played on Tuesday December 29, with a 7.30pm kick-off at the Falkirk Stadium
That's tucked in between the St Mirren and QoS games.

Re: Falkirk v Livi (Tues 7.30pm)
Lo & behold it was announced on Twitter 4 hours ago but apart from the mention on the "twitter feed" there is nothing on the OCS.
They would be as well binning the OCS & saying "if you want news about the club read social media & listen to rumours"

Re: Falkirk v Livi (Tues 7.30pm)
Was up on the Falkirk website and then the SPFL one around 5 o clock. Think our guys are PT though and prob at work during the day. The site is pretty useless though, get info from forums long before it is on our OS. You get more about what's happening with the GS team than Livi fc at times on there.

Re: Falkirk v Livi (Tues 7.30pm)
Thing is someone posts on the twitter as if they are the official new outlet; if so, that person ought to be in charge of updating the OCS as well & should do the OCS first

Falkirk v Livi (Tues 7.30pm)
Hey-ho and it's off to Falkirk we go, lets do this. 2-1 the Amber Machine, fg 24 mins.
.......................................McCallum
............Gallagher...............Gordon......................Neill
Glen............................Faria......................................Longridge
..................Mullen...................................Pittman
..........................Buchanan.........White
Hopefully Glen puts in the same quality balls from the wing and set pieces he did against St Mirren, and Longridge gets down the wing and puts in some good balls too.
