haha Bertie doing it again, so he won't be upset lol.

Cmon Bertie admit it , you really think we will win.

Doesn't work for me, even when I had resigned myself to us losing it depressed me when we lost.

Alloa will be parking the bus all night but i'll stick to my original scoreline, 1-0 victory for the AM. FG 8 mins.

Not convinced the game will be on - still plenty of frozen snow lying around from last week, and more forecast tonight, so can't imagine the pitch will be clear.

If it goes ahead, I'll say 2-0 us, 18 mins FGS.

At some point we should all try and get #ambermachine going on Twitter, possibly after we hump Alloa on Tuesday. Cracking nickname.

If it goes ahead I think we'll win. Players looked well up for it against Dumbarton and I'd expect this to be no different given the incentive of getting off the bottom of the league is there.

3-0 to the Amber Machine. FG 29 mins.

Hopefully the same team shows up as the one we saw at Dumbarton.

    2-0 to the #ambermachine, FG 27 mins.

Hear a rumour that Alloa have signed Phil Roberts - Can they afford an impact proof ice bucket?

Appears he has signed on loan and they have signed another striker too.
Lots of players having their contracts cancelled, might be some business still to be done with these guys after the window closes.

Accies have released Antoine-Curier...usually scores at our level...can't see us getting him though.

Alloa have a couple of new faces so could be tougher to beat as a result.

The striker they had was an ex Dover 22 year old; former Hartlepool youth who didn't make the grade. Tall and fast (by some accounts) but not a lot of skill.

Personally I'm a lot more worried about Roberts; that guy always seemed to be able to fire a side up; our midfield will certainly need to be on their best form - having said that if we put Hippolyte up against him he won't last 90 minutes....

Buchanan is a tricky wee fecker, always impressed with him at Partick and he still looks dangerous when he gets the ball around the box. Roberts is quick down the wing though and with our RB position being weak he'll get in behind us.

Talk of Kyle having a knock ahead of tonight. If he is unavailable, I'd bring in Beumont if we're playing the diamond or McKenna if we're playing five in midfield considering he done well when he came on and got an assist against Dumbarton.

They'll need to prepare to battle against Roberts; wouldn't be fair to launch Beaumont against him - that being said I would have favoured Kyle to sort him out for this one - shame if he's not available.

If we play like we did 2nd half against Dumbarton we'll horse them, sit back and hit them on the break.

SPFL website has a pitch inspection at 4pm.

Back to reality after that performance. Keeper pulled off some good saves and DJ reacted well to their chances, otherwise we lacked any sort of urgency when required other than the odd 5 minute spell. Sekajja was impressive when he came on, Fordyce put in some decent balls and Kyle played fairly well.

Unfortunately with 14 games to go, I can't see us even making the 25 point mark. We don't win when required, we pick and choose when we want it more than them. See ya' in League 1 next season.

Cannae even be arsed going into too much detail. I'm not even angry, just disappointed. Too many players had an off night and a few of them just aren't good enough.

To be honest the three teams above us are just as bad as us. Remains to be seen whether Burchill can pull the proverbial rabbit out the hat. Keep the faith folks!

I only caught the second half due to not finishing work until 8.15pm - IMO we were marginally better than them but our inability to score meant they always posed a threat when they came forward.

We only forced there keeper into 1 decent save, rest of the time we were high, wide & not particularly handsome. Why were we punting high balls to Sekajja? Why did we take Keaghan off?
We also have Dycey to thank for heading off the line onto the bar & away.

Two pretty poor sides on display & we are playing like a side that doesn't know how to win. Clearly our two 5-1 away wins were freak results.

There is still time to get out of the hole we are in but I can't see us doing it. Last season we would knock on the door of the top 4 & then fail to open it & lose a few in a row...this season we knock on the door of getting off the bottom & fail to open it. Seems like whenever we have the chance to achieve something we fail....so sadly it is looking increasingly like League 1 next season.

We have the premier league ground with a poor 2nd tier side & a 3rd rate infrastructure & the only way is down

Well we're shite scoring goals at home and better at scoring goals away, so on a positive note our last games against Alloa and Cowden are away from home. Just have to see what position we're in when those fixtures come around and hope we can win against them this time.

Like Bertie said, we seem to bottle the games where we can get above the teams we need to so not holding onto much hope here.

No idea, to put it simply. He didn't look tired or injured and if anything, he should've took Kyle off because he looked to have done something to his groin or Mullen because he ran himself to the ground.

What we really needed was width to stretch their midfield and defence so McKenna could've made the difference there.
