Of all the gash refereeing that I've seen this season, that's got to be the worst. Even more so than Keghan's goal vs. Dumbarton getting chalked off despite being two yards onside. I honestly can't believe that the ref fell for Cammy Bell's acting when there's a clear image of him crawling for the ball as Hippo tucks it away plus the linesman gave it as a goal (and that was just the start of it). The poor performance from the officials influenced the game as we could've gained further confidence going forward had the goal been allowed or the opposite with Rangers coming back and looking a lot sharper in front of goal.
Otherwise, I'm satisfied with the draw but it's more of an emphasis to get a result against Hibs next Wednesday. I have a feeling that even the 6 points from Raith and Queens might not be enough because you never know which Cowdenbeath/Alloa team is going to turn up for their final fixtures.
Our defense was outstanding throughout the night, particularly Talbot in my opinion. He showed McCulloch how to be a thug and still be a good defender. Gallagher and Cole form a great partnership but another team is bound to pick one of the two or even both up come this summer, regardless of what league we're in.
Still feel bitter for giving away a silly foul and a cheap goal but I can't complain that we got something than nothing, roll on next Wednesday!
Rangers fans are the biggest load of fuck btw. The quicker we see the back of them, the better. Absolute bunch of dildos the lot of them.
