Petrofac Cup - Quarter Final Draw

Starts at 2pm today.

Alloa, East Fife, Falkirk, Morton, Peterhead, The Rangers, Stranraer. Who do we fancy?

Morton v Alloa
Stranraer v Falkirk
East Fife v Rangers
Peterhead v Livingston

To be played 6th September.

Fancied The Rangers at home, or a home draw against anyone except Falkirk.

Would imagine this will be a tough game up at their ground but we've shown we can role up our sleeves and get wins away from home in these cup comps.

Mon the Lions.

Tough draw. We didn't win there when we romped the lower leagues and that was arguably with a better team, certainly one on more money.

Will have to be at our best.

I understand Mark Millar has signed for them, plus they have McAllister up front so it certainly won't be an easy game and unfortunately I won't be able to make this one.

I hope we pump them silly simply though because that twat, Jim McInally manages them. Can't stand the wee cretin.

Just to note, if the gate is split 50/50, it would be better off financially to play Rangers at Ibrox in the semi-final than in the final in a neutral venue i.e. Easter Road.

Peterhead must have ridiculous backers to afford these players.

Bryan Gilfillan. Remember him from when we played Annan in Div. 3. Pretty useful looking player, but nothing the Hippo has to worry about.

Maybe not as they are not getting great crowds for this competition

Yeah and once they fiddle with the att figures it will be even less.
