Peterhead v Livi

After the bad result against Dumbarton, I'm predicting we will bounce back and win this game 3-1 first goal in 6 mins. Just have a feeling that we suffered on Saturday a wee bit from the 120 mins mid week . I'm sure the squad will be fired up for this one to reach a semi final, even if it is the 3rd ranked cup competition in Scotland.

I'm not so optimistic as Smithy...our record at Balmoor isn't that great from my memory; I fancy another bout of extra time.

I'm at a loss predicting this one, it's a difficult away draw and they've some quality players in McAllister and Millar. We did a revers against Dumbarton, having a better first half then the 2nd, as Smithy said it was prob the midweek game that contributed to us fading in the last few minutes.

Speak for yerself LF - I thought it would be tight against Dumbo but I also thought we'd sneak it!

You'd prob have been right if Kane hadn't joined them on loan again, doubt Nish or anyone else they may have brought on as a sub would've caused us as many problems second half.

Think this will be tough, Peterhead will be up for it and Rory McAllister loves a goal against us. I'll (try to) stay optimistic though and go for 2-0 Livi, FG 17 mins.

Hopefully it's nowhere near as bad as our last trip up there... a 3-0 defeat, and Robbie Winters was sent off IIRC?

Well going by the match stats we're well on top, 66% possession, 12 shots only 1 on target to 1 shot 1 on target, and  9 corners to 2. Peterhead also committing 9 fouls and getting a card to Livi having committed no fouls.

Bottom line is no goals though and only takes them getting one chance and putting it away to knock us out.

12 shots and 1 on target is fucking dreadful, regardless of the 'domination' in the first half. So important we make this count.

Yeah I think we're in need of some shooting practice, 23 shots and only 4 on target after the 90 mins. Had some amount of corners too and didn't get a goal from them, our deliveries from set pieces aren't very good.

Another ET cup game, who'd have guessed, lol.
